My natural curiosity coupled with strong cognitive thinking and analytical skills, means I bring imagination and new perspectives to solving problems.

I have a real zest for people – building relationships comes naturally to me. I find it easy to bring people together to deliver a common goal; infact I’m seen as a natural leader amongst peers.

I lead with openness and encouragement. I believe kindness gets the best results and I recognise achievements and celebrate success.

My real superpower, however, is my empathy. I can easily put myself in others’ shoes and understand what makes them tick and how to communicate to bring about behaviour change.

I love to sing and help others. I’m lucky enough to get to do both volunteering with Choir with No Name, supporting people affected by homelessness.
